The fees for the following services are the maximum allowed under Ohio Law (ORC 147.08):
Acknowledgements: $5.00
Oaths and Affirmations Without Signature: $5.00
Online Notarization: $25
Verification Upon Oath or Affirmation: $5.00
Protests: $1.00 plus expenses
Recording: $.10 per 100 words
Depositions: For taking a deposition, the Notary may charge whatever fees are customary. (ORC 2319.27)
Minimum travel fee for all services: $ 35
How does this work?
We travel to you! Charges for travel by a Notary are not specified by law. Such fees are proper only if the Notary and the signer agree in advance on the amount to be charged. The signer must understand that a travel fee is not stipulated by law and is separate from the notarial fees described above. We only accept cash for general notary services. Check or Electronic payments are accepted for all other services.

Sharnise is the owner and founder of Cleveland Pro Enterprises, LLC, located in Willowick, Ohio, and has over 10 years of experience as a commissioned Notary Public. Notary 2 Pro and National Notary Association for completion in TRID training and Notary Signing Agent programs. Sharnise is also a Licensed Wedding Officiant, Certified SYMBIS Facilitator, and Prepare/Enrich Marriage Coach. Her mission is to provide affordable, accessible, and timely notary (and officiant) services for the city of Cleveland and surrounding area residents.
